DNB Digital Solutions, operating under its parent business entity DNB TRADE WING, provides assistance in obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). We act as a facilitator between the applicant and the Certifying Authorities (CAs). The final issuance of the DSC is subject to the approval of the respective CA based on verification of documents and identity.
When applying for a DSC through our services, you agree to:
Fees for DSC processing and tokens are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before processing begins. Since processing involves interaction with external Certifying Authorities, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if an application has been processed by the CA, refunds may not be possible.
In no event shall DNB Digital Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our services, including delays in DSC issuance or rejection of applications by the Certifying Authority.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
